Ocean Palms is an RCI Gold Crown Resort located in Port Royal Resort. Situated adjacent to Port Royal Racquet Club, and the 7th and 8th holes of the Barony Golf Course, these beautiful two bedroom villas and three bedroom town homes have gorgeous lagoon and golf views.
Each Ocean Palms villa has five (5) owners who each get ten (10) weeks of usage in their villa. They can use their villa, rent it through the Westin Resort, or exchange their time for time at similar quality resorts.
The owner at Ocean Palms receives one free starting time on Port Royals golf course for four (4) people each day plus one hour of tennis each day. The Westin Resort handles the property management and villa rentals. Ocean Palms villas for sale from $75,000 to $110,000.
