Ryan Dillingham is from Chicago, Illinois. He attended Indiana University and went on to the United States Army 31U Satellite School where he was awarded Distinguished Honor Graduate for the 31U Course. Ryan moved to Hilton Head in 2000. In his professional career in sales, he has been awarded The Mickey Howard Award for Outstanding Sales. Ryan’s community involvement extends from volunteering at MUSC Children’s Hospital to helping the Old Savannah Mission feed the homeless during holidays. In Ryan’s free time, he enjoys photography, boating, golfing and being out on the beach. His favorite spot on Hilton Head Island is the pool bar at Jim’s South Forest Beach. And when he’s not out by the pool, Ryan loves to go Alexander’s for dinner where his favorite menu item is the almond encrusted grouper.

Terry Sunderland

Sales Executive - Ocean Palms


Terry Sunderland is from Los Angeles, California. He moved to Hilton Head in 1988. He has been awarded “$20 Million in Sales at Ocean Palms in 17 Years.” In his free time, Terry enjoys walking on the beach and golfing. He and his wife Gail have three children and four grandchildren. He enjoys visiting with his grandchildren whenever he can! Terry’s favorite spot on Hilton Head Island is anywhere along the beautiful beaches and his favorite place to dine is The Sage Room.

Bruce Tuttle

Bruce Tuttle is originally from Adrian, Michigan and attended Michigan State University. Bruce first started coming down to Hilton Head in 1968 with his family and moved here permanently in 1979. In his spare time, Bruce spends time with his girlfriend, Hailey and playing golf.

Rich Hodsdon

Broker in Charge / Sr. Vice President

Rich Hodsdon is from Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He attended The College of William and Mary where he played football. He graduated and played for the Florida Blazers briefly before settling to Hilton Head in 1980. Rich is currently the Broker in Charge for RBC Enterprises. His community involvement includes volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and his professional associations are HHAAR and the Hilton Head MLS. In his free time Rich enjoys running, exercising, hiking, skiing and all sports. He has one dog named Fran and three children -- Mike, Kelly and Mark.
